The Pressure of ‘Always Being On’: How to Navigate Creative Burnout and Reignite Passion
~ By Shreya Thatai Gurnani (Head of Business Development, FA Home & Apparel Private Limited).

Looking back on my own journey, I recall many moments where burnout felt like an insurmountable barrier. There were times—especially during busy work periods—when the demands of my role left me feeling blocked, frustrated, and overwhelmed. For the longest time, I would push through the fatigue, trying to force ideas and solutions, only to become more frustrated and depleted. But I eventually realized that the most productive choice was often to step back. This wasn’t easy; and it may sound counterintuitive, especially in a culture that glorifies busyness, but I found that recognizing when I was at my limit was the first step toward rejuvenation.
