Sr. Executive IE

Job Description

1. Process Optimization:
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all units.

2. Manpower Planning:
Prepare monthly manpower projections for stitching, finishing, and auxiliary processes.
Optimize manpower allocation based on SAM and production targets.

3. Performance Metrics:
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, cost per unit, and efficiency.
Monitor and improve line balancing, operator efficiency, and skill utilization.

4. Project Management:
Lead and implement process improvement projects such as lean manufacturing and 5S.
Support the development and integration of automation in production.

5.Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and facilitate operator and auxiliary staff training programs.
Collaborate with the training team to improve operator skill levels and reduce dependency on high-cost labor.

6. IE Standards & Tools:
Conduct time studies and method analysis to determine SAM and establish benchmarks.
Develop work aids, attachments, and guides for process improvement.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to improve workflow and ensure timely delivery.
Support pre-production meetings (PPM) by providing engineering inputs.

8. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare detailed reports on productivity, cost analysis, and project outcomes.
Present recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Experience: 5 – 8 Yrs

Qualification: B.Tech in Textile (Mandatory)
