Deputy Manager – Personnel & Admin

Job brief

Payroll & Salary Administration at 408:

  • End-to-end payroll processing for all employees (monthly salary, arrears, incentives, deductions).
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift data for payroll.
  • Handle F&F settlements, gratuity, bonus, and ex-gratia payments.
  • Coordinate with Accounts for salary posting and statutory payments.

Statutory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws
  • PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Minimum Wages, Factory Act.
  • Filing of monthly/annual returns and challans
  • Maintain statutory registers and records.

Personnel Management:

  • Employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and relieving letters.
  • Maintain personal files and HRMIS records.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.

Experience:10 – 15 Yrs

Qualification: Graduate, Post Graduate
