Job brief

Role Overview:

  • The role requires for managing end-to-end employee Mediclaim administration, supporting HR
    operations, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring effective utilization of HRMS and
    training processes. The role requires strong coordination, analytical ability, and operational
    excellence to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mediclaim Administration:

    • Manage end-to-end administration of employee Mediclaim policies.
    • Coordinate with insurance providers for negotiations, renewals, and coverage optimization.
    • Handle addition and deletion of employees and dependents in policies.
    • Ensure accurate reconciliation of Mediclaim data, premiums, and policy records.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and support related to Mediclaim.
    • Facilitate claim processing, escalation handling, and timely resolution.
    • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with policy requirements.
    • Liaise with insurance carriers and third-party administrators to manage relationships and
      resolve
      issues.
  • Employee Engagement:

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives.
    • Organize events, wellness programs, recognition activities, and cultural programs.
    • Promote a positive work culture and enhance employee experience.
    • Use surveys, feedbacks and other tools to assess engagement levels and identify areas of
      improvement.
  • Policy Formation & Implementation:

    • Participate in HR policy formulation, review, and upgradation aligned with organizational
      objectives
      and statutory requirements.
    • Support policy implementation, communication, and employee awareness.
    • Ensure consistency, compliance, and periodic policy review based on business needs and best
      practices.
  • HR Operations & Systems:

    • Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of HRMS software.
    • Maintain employee data accuracy and ensure timely system updates.
    • Ensure timely completion of HR administrative activities and reporting.
  • Performance Management Support:

    • Assist in Performance Management System (PMS) processes including coordination, documentation,
      and tracking.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    • Prepare HR dashboards and reports.
    • Analyse HR data to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Learning & Development:

    • Support Learning & Development initiatives including training coordination, tracking
      participation, and maintaining training records.
    • Assist in planning and execution of training programs (Behavioural & Technical).
    • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and vendor interactions.
    • Track training effectiveness, participation, and learning outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Male Candidates required. (Mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of Mediclaim administration and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and HR operations.
  • Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Good Communication Skills.

Experience:7 – 8 Yrs

Qualification: MBA – Regular (Mandatory)
