Hi, I’m Shreya Thatai Gurnani. Some might call me a second-gen entrepreneur – but honestly, I think I’m still figuring out what that really means for me. I didn’t step into the family business with a bold plan – it just kind of happened, somewhere between maternity leaves and life nudging me forward.
Let me be upfront: I don’t feel like I’ve “arrived.” I joined the business just a few years ago, while others in my family have been shaping this space for over a decade. Some days I feel clear, other days I’m just figuring it out as I go – finding a rhythm that’s mine.
And maybe that’s exactly the point. This isn’t a polished “how to be a leader” post. It’s simply an honest reflection of where I am – juggling personal growth with professional expectations, trying to build something meaningful without burning out.
