Job Description
As a Merchant specializing in home furnishings, you will manage the end-to-end process of product development. sourcing and production
Collaborating with closely design teams, supplier and internal stake holders, you will ensure successful order execution while maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery.
Production management: coordinate production schedules, monitor progress and resolve any issues that arises during manufacturing to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
Market research – stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market demand to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Communication-maintain clear and consistent communication with all the stakeholders, buying office , internal teams and ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the production and delivery process.
Desired candidate Profile
- Must be Textile Design Graduate.
- Must have experience with USA/Europe and Gulf market in home furnishing products.
- Must have good communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational ability, be able to multi-task, and pay close attention to detail and work within deadlines & budgets.
- Coordination for new collection with team.
- Great team management skills and meeting challenging timelines.
- Proficient in Ned graphics, Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Experience: 5 Yrs
Qualification: B.Tech Textile, Diploma Textile
CTC Range: 5.4 to 6 LPA
