Deputy Manager – Personnel & Admin
Job brief
Payroll & Salary Administration at 408:
- End-to-end payroll processing for all employees (monthly salary, arrears, incentives, deductions).
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift data for payroll.
- Handle F&F settlements, gratuity, bonus, and ex-gratia payments.
- Coordinate with Accounts for salary posting and statutory payments.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Minimum Wages, Factory Act.
- Filing of monthly/annual returns and challans
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
Personnel Management:
- Employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and relieving letters.
- Maintain personal files and HRMIS records.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
Experience:10 – 15 Yrs
Qualification: Graduate, Post Graduate
