EXECUTIVE IN SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
Job brief
The role is responsible for handling pre-post shipment documentation and handle all export activity. The executive is responsible for all the documentation related to export & imports
Coordination with Freight Forwarder / CHA for timely handover of the goods
Should have knowledge of handling pre and post documentation.
Coordination with Merchants, Factories and other departments.
Prepare complete set of documents pertaining to export shipping documentation based on L/C and other credit items.
Desired candidate Profile
- Educational qualification: Graduate
- Candidate should have good knowledge about Export / Import documentation.
- Candidate must have good computer working knowledge.
- Candidate must have considerably good communication skill in English language.
- He/ She should be able to coordinate internally with Merchants, Factories etc. at the same time with external parties- buyers, customer, forwarders etc
- Good knowledge of Advance Excel
Experience: 4 – 5 Years
Qualification: Graduate, Any Diploma in Shipping & Logistics
