Job brief
Daily Correspondence with the Buying House/ Agents and Internal Communication
Handling of PD and Sampling
Costing and Coordination with designing team as per product and design perspective & received Buyer Mood Board/Inspiration.
Follow up for Bulk lots, PP approvals with the buying house
Monitor TNA for orders with the fabric Department, Accessories Department, and Testing & Logistics.
Meetings with all departments for Smooth execution of Orders.
Working closely with the supplier to resolve any issues that negatively affect delivery timescales
Actively monitor testing schedule (samples) and follow ups on PP, TOP & Marketing Samples and finalize Pilot Run & inspection files.
Good knowledge of fabrics
Monitor Timely System Entries (PLM, ERP or WFX, GTN, BB)
Knowledge of WFX software, ERP.
Post analysis of the product as cost & final profits & work on budgetary control systems also.
Desired candidate Profile
- Should have production experience of 5-6 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Should have prior work experience in Buying House / Factory
- Any specialized garment manufacturing / marketing course
- Good Experience with WFX software, ERP
- Open to Accept Newness and Challenges
Experience: 3 – 5 Yrs
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. (Textile), M.Tech (Textile), Diploma in Textile
