Job brief
Monitors operations with an eye towards improving productivity and efficiency.
Working knowledge on the analysis of the defective garment to reduce the defective percentage of the garment.
5s implementation, Training and Auditing.
Knowledge of defect analysis through the software
Responsible for monitoring the processes and procedures, to make sure the company met compliance regulations.
Preparation of documents for customer and business needs
Exposure with 5 why’s analysis
Knowledge of PDCA (8D Analysis)
Kaizen implementation
Responsible for monitoring staff organization and suggest improvements to daily functionality
Ability to implement new quality assurance and customer service standards
Responsible for assuring consistent quality of production by implementing and enforcing automated practice systems
Ensures that work processes are safe and addresses safety issues and concerns.
Everyday input and output monitoring
Smooth supply chain management from raw material to output
Time Study, Motion study
Statistical analysis for continuous quality improvement
Desired candidate Profile

- 3-5 years relevant work experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards in the related field or industry.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Troubleshooting expertise and attention to detail.
- Project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Textile/Apparel
