Textile Designer – Soft Home Furnishing
Job Description
To conceptualize and design Soft Home Furnishing products like, Decorative Cushions, Bedspreads, Curtains, Throws, Table Linen etc. for exports. Work proficiently on computers to design and make CADS with Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Forecast colors, trends and designs for export markets. Create samples with tailors and other crafts persons. Candidate Requirement:
Should be able to understand buyer s requirements, prepare samples / product development and ensure that it is done timely.
Should be a good organizer, proactive willing team player having an eye for detail and an even temperament.
Have good command in written and spoken English.
Additional knowledge of Office applications like Excel, Word, Outlook will be welcome.
Should be staying in Gurgaon.
Desired candidate Profile
- Must be Textile Design Graduate.
- Must have experience with USA/Europe and Gulf market in home furnishing products.
- Must have good communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational ability, be able to multi-task, and pay close attention to detail and work within deadlines & budgets.
- Coordination for new collection with team.
- Great team management skills and meeting challenging timelines.
- Proficient in Ned graphics, Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Experience: 3 to 4 Yrs
Qualification: Textile Design Graduates / Diploma from fashion institutes or National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).
CTC Range: 5.4 to 6.6 LPA
